In 2004, the “Origin” ministry grew out of a sincere desire to help those who had lost hope. We brought food and clothing to children living in the heating system pits. While they ate eagerly, we spoke to them about God, sang songs, and shared the love of Jesus. After a few months, we continued our ministry in a two-room apartment, almost empty, with a sofa, table, and a couple of chairs. But this place became a refuge for the children. Here, they could wash, change clothes, have a meal, and feel valued.
Every summer, we organized camping trips for them, and in winter we held warm and joyful Christmas celebrations. Many years have passed, but the doors of the “Origin” Ministry are still open. Today, its atmosphere is created by former homeless children who once found their way to a new life here. They share their stories, inspiring others.
The “Origin” is not just a place. It is a home where every sip of water fills the soul with faith, hope, and love. Here, every thirsty soul is satisfied not only with bread but also with kindness that changes destinies.
Winter is knocking on our doors. For some children in difficult life situations, this season brings cold and a lack of the most basic necessities. Help us gather funds to buy winter boots for children who especially need them. These little ones, deprived of parental warmth, face harsh realities every day. In winter, their bare feet feel the pain and cold more acutely.
Let’s create a winter full of warmth and hope together! Thank you!
