Greetings brothers and sisters. We want to greatly thank you all for your prayers! As I have shared previously that it was difficult for us to work together with other churches in the children’s ministries due to the government not allowing, as well as we had ran into a lot of stumbling blocks in regards to just working with children, we decided to fully trust this question into God’s hands and  praise the Lord, He showed us His wonderful and glorious way (Ps.18:30) by which He lead us!

We had a Christian youth group visit from US for about a week, and we visited the city on the cemetery and spent time playing with the children there, singing Christian songs with them, and telling them about God right amidst all the graves outside. There were more and more kids who kept on coming and joining us that God showed us an opportunity to work with these kids right there in the middle of the cemetery.

We started coming once a week on Wednesdays with the goal to pass the gospel to these children through English lessons. The first time we came, the parents did not want to let their children participate, even though the children begged them to. Yet thankfully to God, after explaining through google translate that the lessons are free and everyone can come, the parents allowed but with great suspicion, and some even followed us to see what will we teach their children. Nevertheless, for us it was a great opportunity for adults to hear the gospel as well!

We do not have a Vietnamese interpreter and couldn’t even imagine how we would pass on the gospel, but somehow God works that these children understand when we try to explain to them certain things. Also, God provided at the cemetery an area where the children not only can sit, but have a roof above them to get shade. Praise God that He is leading us in such amazing way that we could not even think to be possible!

Glory to God, we already had 2 lessons where about 10 children attended and they have already learned that it is Jesus Christ that we pray to in the beginning and at the end of every lesson! Dear brothers and sisters, please join us in prayer for God to further lead us in this amazing ministry of leading these young hearts to Christ and that these children learn to love Jesus and will grow in the Kingdom of God. May our Lord Jesus Christ bless you all abundantly with His peace and joy!
